Your right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from an order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below and press Confirm withdrawal: we email you an acknowledgement with the date and time straight away. Keep that email.

You can also withdraw by writing to contact@kingofrun.fr, or with the withdrawal form in our terms. To return an unworn pair after the 14 days, up to 30 days from delivery, see Returns & refunds.

What happens next

We reply with the return address. Send the pair back within 14 days of withdrawing; return postage is paid by you. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, and may wait until the pair is back with us or you send proof of postage, whichever comes first. If the pair was handled beyond what is needed to check it, we may deduct the resulting loss of value.
