Free delivery

Every order ships free, whatever the pair and however many you add to the bag. The delivery option and its timing are shown at checkout, before you pay.

We deliver to France, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden, as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Israel.

What you will see

Before you pay, checkout shows the pairs in your bag, the sizes you selected, and the delivery option you choose. Read that summary. If a size or an address is wrong, change it before you complete the order.

Prices on the site are in euros. Delivery is free, so the price of the pair is what you pay before any tax shown at checkout.

After you place the order

An order starts when checkout is completed. Your order confirmation is the record of what you bought, where it is going, and which delivery option you chose. Keep it. If you need to ask about the order, that confirmation is what we use to find it.

We do not promise a single delivery speed on this page, because the option you pick at checkout is the one that applies. If the confirmation includes a timing note, that note belongs to the option you selected.

If something looks wrong

If the confirmation shows the wrong size, the wrong address, or a delivery option you did not choose, contact us from the contact page and include the order details. Write before the pair is worn. Returns, once a pair has arrived, are covered on the returns page.
