Using the site

These terms cover the Kingofrun website: browsing the collection, saving a pair, building a bag, and placing an order. By using the site you agree to this page. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

Kingofrun brings running shoes and lifestyle sneakers together in one collection. The pages are here so you can compare brands, check a size, and decide at your own pace.

These terms were updated in October 2026. The version on this page is the one that applies.

The collection

Product names, brand names, photographs, and prices describe the pairs we offer. A photograph shows the model. Small differences in colour can happen between a screen and the pair in your hands.

Descriptions stay with the facts we have: the brand, the model, the category, and the EU sizes offered. Fit still varies between brands. If you are between sizes, check that brand’s size chart before you add the pair.

Prices and sizes

Prices are shown in euros. A price on a product page can change before you check out. The price, the delivery cost, and any tax are confirmed together at checkout, before you pay.

Sizes are listed in EU. Choose a size when the pair asks for one. If a size is not listed, it is not available to order.

Your bag and your favorites

The bag on this device is a holding place. It is not an order. A pair stays in the bag until you remove it, replace it, or finish checkout. Favorites are also kept on this device. Saving a pair does not reserve it.

Placing an order

An order is placed when checkout is completed and payment is confirmed. Until then, you can leave, change the size, or empty the bag.

You are responsible for the email address and delivery details you enter. If something in the confirmation looks wrong, write to us from the contact page and include the order details from that confirmation.

Availability

A pair can sell out. If a model is out of stock, the shop says so and it cannot be added. We do not take an order for a size we cannot offer.

Your right to change your mind

You can withdraw from an order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, as EU consumer law allows. Our returns policy gives you 30 days. To withdraw, write to us at contact@kingofrun.fr, or copy the form below into an email.

We refund the price within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait until the pair is back with us, or until you show proof of postage. You pay the cost of sending it back.

Legal guarantees

Every pair is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and by the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code). If a pair is faulty, write to us and we repair, replace or refund it.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, write to legal@kingofrun.fr and we will try to sort it out. If we cannot agree within 30 days, you can take the matter to a consumer mediator free of charge, or to the courts of your place of residence. French law applies, without removing any protection the law of your own country gives you.
