By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges that the products sold are not necessarily new and may have characteristics related to their previous use or manufacturing, without affecting their normal use.

1. Returns

Defective Item
 
If an item has a defect not mentioned in its description, the customer must contact us within a maximum of 15 days following the receipt of the order.
 
Photographs of the defect may be requested to allow examination of the claim.
 
After validation of the request, we will offer either :
•replacement of the item when possible ;
•sending an equivalent item ;
•or a full refund.
 
The costs related to this procedure will be borne by our company.
 
Order Error
 
If the customer receives an item different from the one ordered or a size different from that indicated on the order, they must contact us as soon as possible.
 
After verification, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either to send the correct item or a full refund.
 
Lost or Undelivered Package
 
If the carrier's tracking confirms that a package has been lost or was never delivered to the customer, we will proceed, after verification with the carrier, either to resend the order or to issue a full refund.
 
Refunds
 
Approved refunds will be made via the payment method used at the time of purchase.
 
The timeframes for receiving funds may vary depending on the banking institution or payment provider used.
